It is understood that Magic Memories will produce a team Video Scrapbook. Magic Memories will attend at least four home games to gather video clips and other materials for the Video Scrapbook. It is recommended that the team provide additional material in the form of photos, and video from team games and events. The team understands that all video footage must be documented per Magic Memories instructions in order to be used in the Video Scrapbook.
It is understood that the final content of the Video Scrapbook will be solely based on the content of the materials gathered by Magic Memories and provided by the team. Magic Memories will use a standard Video Scrapbook format for all team videos produced. Magic Memories will make every effort to accommodate any special requests, however if these special requests result in a significant increase in labor, materials or rework, there may be an additional charge. The team representative will be advised of the additional charges. All materials submitted for use in the Video Scrapbook must be received by Magic Memories no later than 14 days prior the agreed upon completion deadline. A non-refundable $150.00 deposit must be placed with Magic Memories before a taping schedule will be set. This deposit will be applied in full toward the final package price. Final payment for the package and additional copies will be due upon delivery of the Video Scrapbook package.

Photo Notes
It is recommended that one or more parents take photos over the season of the team members both on and off the ice. Tournaments provide an excellent opportunity for some fun pictures of players, coaches, and parents that would add a special touch to your video. It is possible that not all of the photos will be used unless specifically requested, but they are good to have as filler material if needed.
Video Clip Notes
Magic Memories will come to four home games to gather video clips, action shots and other material for your team video, and although Magic Memories would be able to complete your project with only the material from these four games, it is likely that there will be many, many other games with exciting goals, spectacular checks or crashes, and other important team events that should be included in your Video Scrapbook.
We therefore strongly recommend that one or more parents volunteer to be responsible to gather video of all games, parties, tournaments, and other events. It is better to have at least two people to share responsible for video because of potential schedule conflicts that can come up, and so that one person doesn't have to miss all of the fun due to taping responsibilities.
Due to the fact that there are so many games, practices, tournaments, and other team events during the season, we must somewhat restrict the amount of material that is submitted for your teams video. As each game lasts an hour, it could literally take 20-30 hours for Magic Memories to watch all of the game tapes and find the best shots to use in your video. Also, that would not insure any balance of coverage over the whole team. If one player got his/her first and only goal of the season, we might miss it, or choose to not use it at all if there were a more spectacular shot later on a tape. In other words, we need you to preview your tapes and note video clips that are important to be used.
Your video will only be as good as the material provided, this is a responsibility that should be given to someone that will be there, and do it right. It isn't hard, but it does take concentration and the discipline to not look away from the camera when the crowd screams during a big play.
Instruction on how to gather materials
At a team practice, or other time early in the season, we will schedule a time to meet with as many parents as are interested to go over the basics needed to capture great video of your team's season. This meeting will be set at a mutually acceptable time. Information about what shots to get, how to get them, and how to time and document your tapes will be provided at the meeting.
