What’s the process of becoming a partner?

As part of our win/win partnership we ensure that our process is seamless and most convenient for you. After 15 years of partnering with tourism attractions around the world, we have perfected our process into 6 easy steps.

The timeframe expected should depend on a number of factors such as the chosen products and solutions and the fast response from internal departments and stake holders.  Our implementation process may take up to 12 weeks, from the initial visit to launch date.  

 

STEP 1: Initial Visit

 In our initial visit, we will discuss your attraction’s services, systems and goals. We will also clarify how Magic Memories will amplify your visitors’ experience, increase your revenue and leverage your brand.

STEP 2: Site Assessment

One of our experts will pay you a visit to further understand your systems, processes and determine the best photographic or videographic systems that will add the most value to your attraction.

STEP 3: Solution Development & Product Design

Our designing and technical teams will then take all observations in to account and develop the right products for you. In this step we will work closely with your:

  • Marketing Department - to gather all available marketing collateral and guidelines to rightly represent your brand in our site set-up and products
  • Operations Department – to gather further information regarding your entry/exit systems, queuing time and site restrictions

STEP 4: Site Set-Up

After our products have been tested and approved by your management teams, our operational team will then set up our solution in your attraction. We will deliver the installation at no cost to your business. What’s more, we’ve refined this process to ensure it’s fast, efficient and convenient for you.

STEP 5: Staff Induction

We propose staffing the entire operation. Our photographers are hosts - they meet and greet, entertain, check tickets and take the photo. In order to guarantee their engagement and integration with your company, we will work together with your HR department to roll out an induction workshop, where our staff will be thoroughly briefed about your attraction.

STEP 6: Launch and Enjoy the amplified visitor experience!

We will ensure our services and products are launched with utmost integration with your attraction. We recognise that your visitors have experienced your attraction, and it is your brand that needs to remain top of mind as they leave for the day, and later on as they share their experience with friends and family.
